What are your hours of delivery and pick up?
Normal deliver hours are between 9a.m to 6p.m. Monday-Saturday
There is an additional charge for time sensitive deliveries and pickups,
Sunday delivery and pickups are also available upon request depending on the venue site.
What is your delivery charge?
The cost for delivery depends on where we need to delivery , we have a local area charge including most of the Inland Empire Radius. We can service all of Southern California for a reasonable cost. The delivery fee also includes pick-up. Special delivery requests are also available upon request, prices will vary.
Can i pick up my equipment from your warehouse?
Yes! But you are responsible for the equipment rented once it leaves our location. So please plan your vehicle space/ tie downs accordingly!
Our staff will happily load and un-load your vehicle for you. The customer is responsible for damaged or missing items.
How long can i keep the equipment?
All rentals are quoted on 24hr rental period per item.
It is best to deliver the day before your event and pick-up the day after.
Any equipment kept longer than specified time will be charged according to your rental agreement
The following fees apply to cancellations : Day of delivery or pickup 75% : 2 Days prior to event 50%; 3-7 Days 25%
No cancellations on linen within 7 days of event.Contact
