What do you charge for delivery?

Our delivery charges vary by city.
Party Plus does offer before and after hour delivery upon request, including Sunday's.
Additional charges may apply.




Can I pick up my rentals from your warehouse?

Yes! Our staff will happily load and unload your vehicle for you.
Please plan space and tie-downs (if needed) accordingly.




How long can I keep the equipment?

We quote on a one-time rental basis, which is a 24 hour period.
Additional rental charges will apply if you would like to rent our equipment for longer than our 24 hour rental period.




What happens if I need to cancel my reservation?

The following fees apply to cancellations:

  • Day of delivery or pick-up: 75% of rental
  • 2 days prior to delivery or pick-up: 50% of rental
  • 3-7 days prior to delivery or pick-up: 25%
  • No cancellations on linen within 7 days prior to delivery or pick-up.
